We strive to accurately describe and display our products, but we cannot guarantee that the colors, dimensions, or other details on our website will exactly match the physical product due to variations in screens and handcrafted nature of our items.

Custom and personalized items are created according to your specifications. Please review all details carefully before submitting your order, as these items cannot be returned or exchanged.

When you provide memorial materials (such as pet ashes, fur, or other personal items) for incorporation into our jewelry:

• You confirm that you are the rightful owner or have authority to use these materials
• You understand that a small portion of materials is used in the creation process
• Unused materials will be returned to you or disposed of according to your instructions
• We handle all materials with the utmost care and respect
• We are not responsible for materials lost or damaged in transit to us

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud detection systems.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all packaging.

Due to their personal nature, custom and memorial pieces (including items containing ashes, fur, or personalized engravings) cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are covered by our lifetime quality guarantee.

All Pawlet Hearts jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:

• Defects in materials and workmanship
• Broken clasps or closures under normal use
• Loose stones or settings
